2. Payment & Cancellation
Full payment is required before services commence.
Clients may cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund.
After 48 hours, cancellations may incur a processing fee.
Lewis & Ealey reserves the right to withdraw or cancel services at any time, with appropriate notice and refund if applicable.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information.
Lewis & Ealey is not liable for delays or errors caused by incomplete or incorrect client data.
Clients agree not to use services for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, templates, and educational materials are copyrighted.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify materials without written permission.
Attribution is required for any shared content.

5. User Conduct
Hate speech, harassment, spam, and unlawful behavior are strictly prohibited.
Lewis & Ealey reserves the right to disable accounts violating these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability
Lewis & Ealey is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Modifications
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of services implies acceptance of changes.

• Refunds are available for unused services within 7 days of purchase.
• No refunds for completed consultations or document delivery.
